    Deconstruction of existing spaces.

    Reframing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work

    Cabinet install, project finish out, address punch list, site clean up and final inspection.

  • Finalize all paperwork and project close-out

    Schedule professional photography

    Obtain reviews for Houzz, Google and social media.

    Create warranty book and deliver to homeowner(s)
